DESCRIPTION:As requested for the DGC Book Club\, we’re continuing the Summer 2023 “Book Club”.  This pick is the second in the Morton Farrier genealogical mystery series\, also as requested by the attendees of July’s Book Club meeting.  BUT you don’t have to have read the first to enjoy this book and join us for a discussion of it!  The book works as a stand-alone read\, too. ~ // ~ \n\n\n\nWhen Morton\, forensic genealogist\, is called upon to investigate a 1911 disappearance of his client’s great aunt\, a housemaid working in a large Edwardian country house\, he has no idea of the perilous journey into the past coming his way.
